HOW DO I KNOW A TRIP IS RIGHT FOR ME?
This tour wants you to have a fun, adventurous experience.
The Bush and Beach tour bush walk takes about 2 hours and includes some steep hills and stairs. It requires a basic fitness, and you will need to be able to swim to participate in any of the water activities.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes for bush walking and bring a towel if you think you'll be going for a swim. A backpack and a bottle of water is recommended.
Lunch will be provided.
To make sure your memories last forever, a camera is a given!
WHERE DO I START MY TOUR?
You will be picked up at Railway Colonnade Drive in front of the Sydney Central Railway Station. Walk out of top level floor of the train station towards Pitt St and you will see a white van with our logos waiting in the car park.

WILL I SEE HOME AND AWAY BEING FILMED?
Only Monday to Wednesday are filming days on Palm Beach. However this cannot be guaranteed.
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Any activity in the bush comes with risk of injury. Being careful is important for your safety and the safety of others. Perfect Day Sydney is not liable for theft and/or damage to personal items, nor for any personal injuries you may endure.
You will be asked to sign a waiver regarding these matters when you book.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ON THE TOUR?
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. A backpack for your personal items and sunscreen are recommended.
Snacks, and bottled water are provided on our Day Tours. Lunch and Dinner are also part of Wombats and Kangaroos day trip.
Also make sure to bring warm clothing for the evening on the latter as the temperatures in the Southern Highlands can be cool.
WHERE IS THE PICKUP POINT FOR MY WILD KANGAROO AND WOMBAT TOUR?
The tour bus will pick you at Sydney Central Railway Station. Please wait at the top of Railway Colonnade Drive in front the station exit.
Take the exit near Platform 1 on the top level floor called Grand Concourse (towards Pitt St) and you will see a big silver van waiting in the taxi pick-up area (under the clock tower).

Pick-up Information Wild Kangaroo and Wombat Tour
The main meeting point is the Taxi Zone on the upper level at Sydney Central Railway Station. Outside the closest exit to platform 1 (Exit labeled Railway Square).
If walking to the station the pick up point is at the base of the clock tower on the upper level.

DOES A TOUR GET CANCELLED SOMETIMES?
Yes, if the weather conditions are extremely bad, or if there is force majeur such as a park closure due to bush fire or pandemic, unfortunately we might have to cancel the tour. The tour will go ahead in case of rain.
If you have booked direct through the website, we will give you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund through our secure payment system.
If you have booked through another booking platform, their cancellation policy will apply.

CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING DATE?
Up to 48 hour notice of change of date, we can happily move you to another day.
If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of start date of your tour, we do not provide a refund. Within 48h of cancellation, we provide 50% refund.
If you have booked through another booking platform, their cancellation policy will apply.
OUR COVID-19 HEALTH PRACTISE
Please let us know if you have booked a tour and have been exposed to COVID-19 so we can inform other guests.
All our tours are small groups, with maximum 13 people.
We provide hand-sanitizing lotion for all passengers to use and ensure our ventilation and air conditioning is working well in the vehicle.
We welcome anyone to bring their own face mask if they desire.
